Description

Knit in the round with fingering weight yarn, these stranded colorwork mittens incorporate elements from traditional folk mitten designs, including knitted braids along the cuff, thumb gore on the palm, and a pointed top. The mitten body and cuff feature a two-color elephant motif, with a smaller scale geometric pattern on the palm. The pattern is written for size women’s small – medium, although the size may be adjusted by working in a different stitch and row gauge.
