True to my word, I left Hive 001 undisturbed for a week. I also stopped feeding the colony sugar as they seemed to be finding plenty of nectar out in the wild. When I opened the hive today, the bars were stuck to the hive with a light application of propolis:
Comb had been built on 8 bars, and the most recently built was being used to stash nectar and pollen:
Two bars in from that, I spotted the queen:
And further in there were two combs of brood:
It looks like they have everything well in hand.
